While we do not offer kid's yoga at our studio, our trained and certified kid's yoga instructors travel to camps, schools, and daycares to bring the benefits of yoga directly to where children already are.
We offer a range of class types and lengths to fit the group size, event, and age.

Kids can benefit greatly from yoga. They become more flexible and build physical strength and body-awareness. As for adults, yoga can calm kids, enhance concentration, and reduce stress. Yoga practice also builds self-esteem by instilling confidence with new challenges and experiences in a compassionate environment.
Our kids classes teach yoga basics, such as the importance of compassion rather than competition, deepening self-awareness, and practicing making choices. Our classes keep kids focused through age-appropriate play, acting out poses, storytelling, and vinyasa (flow).
We bring a time of fun and imagination. In a kid's yoga class, we learn yoga through play, and values such as love, compassion, and gratitude through storytelling and games.
Our kid’s classes are tailored to the age and developmental stage of your child, to ensure they are always learning and growing.
Classes focus on building self-confidence, physical strength and concentration. Partner poses, basic inversions and beginning arm balances are explored, and poses are held for longer amounts of time with a basic introduction to alignment. Children are encouraged to freely express their individuality while learning the basic yoga principles of respect for others and themselves.
Sessions can be booked by the half hour, and are tailored to the age range of the children at your school, camp, or daycare.
These classes, geared to walkers through kindergarten, are a combination of movement and reading! We invite adults and kids to this class to read and move together. Yoga poses and ideas are learned through the stories we read together. We also explore storytelling by other means - acting, dancing, and music.
Sessions can be booked by the half hour, and are tailored to age of your group and the number of kids participating.

Our Kid’s Yoga Parties include two hours of time with our studio all to yourself!
The party rate includes a 1 hour kids yoga class filled with age appropriate poses, props and games lead by one of our amazing certified kid's instructors! Families are welcome to bring in food, cake, beverages, balloons, decorations, etc. Please let us know if you have a theme in mind and we will help to theme the class appropriately.
• $250 for up to 10 children for 2 hours
• $5 each additional child
• Additional time in the studio is $40 per half hour
